A Private Investigator shall:

Demonstrate and maintain the highest degree of integrity in the performance of his or her duties.

Obtain information, photographs, illustrations and other forms of evidence required of him or her within the framework of the law.

Not reveal any confidential information that betrays in any fashion the trust placed by the clients, employers and associates.

Testify all information truthfully and factually without bias, prejudice misrepresentation or distortion.

Be professional so as not to allow personal feelings, bribes and other inducements to influence the execution of his or her duties.

Not take personal advantage of the information gained during the course of investigation.

Be committed in his or her undertaking by delivering fully on any promises.
